Emylee joined CNQS in 2023 and is responsible for the commercial management of client projects, including procurement and financial reporting.
Emylee is experienced in many forms of contracts while having a background in the project quantity surveying sector of the industry.
Christina leads the administrative elements of CNQS services, ensuring all staff are appropriately resourced, trained, and available to deliver our services. All staff have a learning and development plan in place to meet both the current and future needs of the business. Christina is also experienced within the recruitment sector, continuously searching for the next surveying prospect to join the business!
Gary is a vastly experienced construction professional with years of leadership experience. Previously the director of a £200 million turnover business, he is currently providing advisory services to a key subcontractor. Gary specialises in refurbishment and maintenance projects, with previous project experience including the Ministry of Defence, NHS, and National Trust.
